ABOUT US

Located at the foot of Brent Knoll, surrounded by the Somerset levels with views to the Mendip Hills, we are a small family owned private stud with over 40 years experience spanning two generations. We have bred and broken Welsh ponies since 1999 for showing in-hand and riding. We recently upgraded to Welsh section C and D ponies and cobs. Visitors are always welcomed with a friendly smile so why not come and meet us, our ponies and inspect our facilities, please contact us for more information.

ABOUT OUR PONIES AND COBS

We have a good selection of well bred Welsh ponies and cobs, they are true to type, with spectacular temperaments & movement to excel in all disciplines. In addition to our Welsh section A’s, C’s and D’s, as an experiment in 2006, we sent two Welsh section C mares to visit the Diptford Stud in Devon. One was covered by a thoroughbred stallion Access Travel and the other by Diptford Star Attraction; they both produced two lovely fillies. We were so pleased we sent them back in 2007 to the same Stallions resulting in one filly and one handsome colt. So now we have four lovely black and brown part-breds.
